Tiesto did a remix of the Mission Impossible Theme which is released during the premiere of the new Mission Impossible movie Ghost Protocol in Rio de Janeiro. Tiesto was asked to do this remix and told during an interview at the premiere that Tom Cruise was very excited about the remix.

A nice detail of the release is that a Tiesto set is recorded during the premiere party. When writing this article i’m still waiting for the freaking liveset after seeing 101 trailers and seeing a crowd that is more worried about the rain going on in Rio then being excited that Tiesto is performing there.

Tiesto is always finding ways to surprise us! This week, Tiesto hit us with the release of his latest collaboration with Steve Aoki called ‘Tornado’, and now he hit us with another track called What Can We Do (A Deeper Love). Tiesto made this track exclusively for Google as part of their new Google Music service. This new progressive banger has the vocals fit for the club by Anastacia. The original comes from Aretha Franklin – A Deeper Love.

Finally the new remix of Tiesto has been revealed. Tiesto remixed one of Coldplay’s latest songs, Paradise. The track is all Tiesto 2011 house style, which has also been covered by Fedde Le Grand this year this song. The melodic original suits the remix with the different bleeps and bass drumming through it, a little softer than his latest production ‘Maximal Crazy’, but sometimes you have to produce somes more suitable for the masses ofcourse. Tiesto couldn’t mess up this great song and made a remix worthwhile. Not a big banger but it’s good enough.

“Here Come the Lights” features R&B-tinged vocals by Silas Bjerregaard of Danish synth-rockers Turboweekend. In its original version, the track is choppy, moody dubstep, with the requisite bass-wobbling and plenty of eerie electronic squiggles. Tiësto’s remix adds a pounding house beat, reshaping the track to send bigger audiences into frenzies.

Today the newest collaboration production of Tiesto was released. Together with High Contrast and Underworld they created a nice Drum & Bass track. Lincoln Barrett, better known by the stage name High Contrast (born 18 September 1979, Penarth, Cardiff), is a Welsh drum and bass DJ and producer, so that’s the reason why it’s and Drum & Bass track. Underworld is known by also anyone in the dance scene by the classic hit: Born Slippy. I believe the vocals in the song “The First Not is Silent” is from Underworld.

The track has got a typical Marcel Woods flavor in it ofcourse, the original was already a great hit, a slightly harder beat and more raw sound. Tiesto twisted the track ‘Advanced’ more to his famous “Trouse” style.
